We are currently showcasing Jenny Mynett and Kris Ruzecki. Jenny returned to Wales in 2003 and this has given her an opportunity to pursue various creative interests inspired by her love of the natural world. She is exploring different aspects of printmaking including mono-prints, woodcuts and lino prints, and rediscovering etching which she first learnt 30 years ago. Her work focuses on landscapes, seascapes and flowers and she is now beginning to explore the ancient technique of mezzotint which produces a rich velvety black and a textured feel.

Kris, originally an actress, started making jewellery six years ago. Her studies in period costume and jewellery offered her an insight in to making her own range inspired by that knowledge. Each piece incorporates rare gems, freshwater pearls or genuine Baltic amber and Kris uses sterling silver and silver and gold plate for the findings, to create individual pieces of jewellery.
Each piece is unrepeatable and the choice of colours and designs are endless. Kris also makes to order for that special occasion.
